How Warranty Claims Work
Warranties are handled by the equipment manufacturer, but SFS Equipment can help guide you through the process.

Locate Your Equipment Info
Find your equipment model number and serial number. These are typically located on a label on the unit itself and will be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Contact the Manufacturer or Service Provider
Reach out to the equipment manufacturer directly or their authorized service provider. Use the manufacturer warranty links below to get started quickly.

Submit Your Warranty Claim
Complete the manufacturer’s warranty claim or service request form. Have your model number, serial number, and purchase date ready to expedite the process.
